About Joy Muczko

As a licensed realtor with Pearson Smith, I bring a diverse range of experience to my real estate business. I began my career with GE appliances selling to the top homebuilders in the Northern Virginia market. Managing a high level of customers and delivering an integral product was a rewarding and valuable experience. Taking that experience to the next level I started my own cleaning company for model homes. In addition to owning my own business, I’ve served as vice president of human resources for our family subcontracting business for homebuilders, training office staff, managing all HR responsibilities, creating office policies as well as marketing and promotional materials.

During this time I also became a partner in a real estate holding company where we own and manage both commercial and residential properties. We have bought and sold several properties, and have also successfully renovated homes for resale.

Becoming a licensed realtor brings all this experience full circle. My goal is to help my clients feel confident in their real estate investment. I’m excited about helping others find properties that they love. After all, it’s about more than real estate; it’s about your life and dreams.
